As a Landscape Designer with Bob Lenc Landscaping Inc., as well as throughout her brilliant professional career, Ethelgive has routinely demonstrated the vision, dedication and diligence necessary to be considered among the best.

Established in 1969, Bob Lenc Landscaping Inc. is a large retail nursery with several divisions covering everything from landscaping to lawn care in Des Moines, Iowa. They specialize in both residential and commercial projects. Over the years, the company has grown and flourished into 7 different related landscape departments with 25 full time employees and over 100 seasonal employees. They are active members of the Iowa Nursery and Landscape Association, the American Society of Landscape Architects and the Home Builders Association of the Greater Des Moines Area.

Ethelgive works closely with clients to create a landscape that will provide their family or their company with beauty and pleasure throughout the year. During her collegiate career, she earned a Bachelor's degree in Landscaping from Iowa State University. Ethelgive is a member of the Iowa Nursery and Landscape Association. In the time away from her busy schedule, she greatly enjoys hiking, photography, reading, and traveling.
