Inspired by his father, a professional landscaper, Robert 'Chico' Resch became involved in dendrology and tree care over three decades ago. He now celebrates his 25th year at the helm of the Virginia-based Tree Bark Tree Service Inc., a full-service planting, pruning and tree trimming firm. Mr. Resch works with a variety of clientele and provides services for residential customers, commercial properties and federal clients. In addition to managing daily operations, he prepares financial estimates and educates clients on proper tree husbandry. A truly "hands-on" leader, Mr. Resch maintains a friendly rapport with his crew and makes certain to personally ensure that all contracted work is completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Mr. Resch is professionally affiliated with the Tree Care Industry Association and the International Society of Arboriculture.
