Double JRC Fencing is a home improvement contracting company which provides residential and commercial clients with quality fencing. Art is responsible for managing all aspects of the business as well as overseeing the daily operations.

During his educational career, Mr. Grafton attended the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology. He is a member of the Knights of Columbus, the Mallaig Fire Department and the Mallaig Chamber of Commerce. In the time away from his busy schedule, Art enjoys curling.
