Corey Mumano has been a Union Metal Worker for most of his career. Struggling with layoff after layoff he decided a better way would be to go into business for himself this summer, so he could support his family. The idea came from his snow plowing customers. He's been plowing driveways for a few years and some clients said, why not do a complete yard maintenance service? He liked the idea and set out to make it a reality.

So far this summer Corey has seven lawn care clients, is mending fences and cleaning gutters. In addition he is accepting some work from the Union for installation of metal roofing in outlying communities of Rochester, NY where there is more economic growth.
